Can't get it to sync playcounts and ratings anymore. Have loved this program for years, did a complete wipe of the phone granted it all the access and permissions but still can't get it to work. Is there a support forum somewhere to help troubleshoot?

It doesn't even work

This remains a great system for syncing iTunes music onto my Android phone. Easy to use & fast. Complements the Rocket player, the other half of this great Pair of apps. The support is also excellent if needed.

Sorry that I had to come back with a negative update but after years of using this app it no longer works with my Note 10+. I sent feedback inside of the apps support center but got no response. I just spent a whole day learning how to use Media Monkey to transfer my iTunes playlist to my android phone. It seems to work for now. Farewell iSyncr.

This app is no longer owned by JRT Studios, and Muma Studios (new owners) has the gall to charge $29.99 *per month* for an app that originally cost a one-time $5. They claim this is to support development, but seeing as the previous dev team consisted of 2 people and cost exponentially less while functioning FAR better than it does under the new team, that justification is nonsense. They do not honor previous purchases, and their "support" responses are worthless. Use MusicBee wifi sync instead.

Used for 5 years and loved it. I think it's been dead since 2021. Playlists do not sync reliably and songs are missing everytime. The connection to sync has ALWAYS been terrible and unreliable but I put it up with it. It'd take computer restarts and closing the program through task manager to get it to properly boot. To sync twice you had to restart as the program just didn't let you sync twice in a row. After using doubletwist for a few months, I realized how poorly isyncr has been for me

thank you

Excellent app!

This app was perfect. I bought the very first version they released and been using it since iTunes was still a thing. Now, using it with a new mac that has macOS Big Sur, every single time the desktop app shows "iSyncr License File Missing" even though Android File Transfer can see it. All os this with the same phone I have been using for the past 4 years and a new Mac. Theres zero guidance on their support page for this issue.

I have had this on my old phone and not needed to pay for the app, I want to install and log in but it's not allowing it and says I have to agree to 22 dollars a week before I can see if I can log in. Can I just open the app and log in?
